Cambro CPU214264V5480 Description
As part of the Camshelving® Premium series, the Cambro CPU214264V5480 polymer shelving unit is more durable and easier to assemble than Camshelving Basics Plus and Camshelving Elements units. Its dovetails are molded into the four posts, which come preassembled to streamline installation. These steel posts coated in polypropylene are strong enough to secure shelving levels on both sides; the overall unit is made of polypropylene to prevent rusting, corroding, and peeling with extended use. It withstands daily deliveries and back-to-back loading and can be used to hold supplies, boxed goods, and produce.
The Cambro CPU214264V5480 louvered shelving unit contains Camguard® antimicrobial protection to inhibit bacterial and mold growth, offering sanitary storage until an employee can clean the shelf plates thoroughly. This unit can be used safely in temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit for versatile kitchen placement, and the five shelf tiers feature louvered plates that enable airflow, reducing dust buildup and promoting uniform product temperatures. Overall, the unit shouldn't be loaded with more than 2,000 pounds, though each shelf can accommodate 800 pounds by itself.
