Cambro CPU183664V4480 Description
With four levels of vented shelf plates, the Cambro CPU183664V4480 Camshelving® Premium shelving unit promotes air circulation around perishable goods in dry storage and walk-in units. This airflow helps prevent dust and moisture buildup while keeping temperatures consistent from top to bottom. Made of polypropylene, the shelf plates won't be damaged by humidity, moisture, or chemicals. Their smooth surfaces can be wiped clean or run through the dishwasher, and to inhibit fungal, bacterial, and mold growth, an antimicrobial agent is integrated into the shelf plates to reduce the risk of product degradation, odors, and stains.
Because the Cambro CPU183664V4480 starter shelving unit is safe in temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, it can be installed in pantries, dishrooms, and walk-in refrigerators and freezers. The Premium series construction supports high-volume storage needs with heavy products and frequent stock rotation. This series is more durable and easier to assemble than Cambro's Elements and Basics Plus models, and the molded-in dovetails streamline assembly because they don't have to be installed on site. This Premium model's steel and polypropylene posts and traverses are strong and corrosion resistant.
