The Cambro CPU213664V4480 Camshelving® Premium starter shelving unit is a four-tier model measuring 36 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 64 inches high. It's furnished with four shelves, each of which has a louvered structure that promotes airflow to eliminate dust and moisture buildup. Because the shelves are made of polypropylene, they're resilient and simple to clean, and to further streamline cleaning, they're treated with an agent that inhibits the growth of bacteria and other microbes.
To match other shelving units in the Camshelving Premium series, the Cambro CPU213664V4480 starter shelf kit comes in speckled gray. It includes eight stationary traverses, molded-in dovetails, and two preassembled post kits to streamline setup. Safe in temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, this unit can be used in a hot kitchen, dry storage pantry, or walk-in cooler. It has a total capacity of 2,000 pounds to support heavy supplies and bulk ingredients.
