For durability in high-volume environments, the Cambro CPU214864V4480 Camshelving® Premium starter shelf kit's shelf plates are constructed of polypropylene—a sturdy and easy-to-clean material. To further simplify cleaning, an antimicrobial agent embedded in the shelf plates inhibits the growth of unsanitary bacteria, mold, and fungi. This unit can be used in temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit, supporting placement in a warm dishroom, walk-in freezer, or dry storage pantry.
Designed with four tiers of storage space, the Cambro CPU214864V4480 starter shelving unit measures 48 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 64 inches high. It has a total capacity of 2,000 pounds to support bulk ingredients and heavy materials, and to expedite the setup process, it includes eight traverses, molded-in dovetails, and two preassembled post kits. This unit comes in speckled gray to match other Camshelving Premium shelving configurations.
