For use in pantries, dishrooms, freezers, and kitchens, the Cambro CPU214264V4480 Camshelving® Premium starter shelving unit withstands temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Its shelves are made of durable, simple-to-clean polypropylene, and because each shelf has a louvered structure, dust and moisture buildup is minimized. These shelves are also treated with antimicrobial Camguard™ to hinder germ formation and improve sanitation. This unit comes in speckled gray to match other models in the Camshelving Premium series.
The Cambro CPU214264V4480 starter shelving unit has a total capacity of 2,000 pounds to accommodate bulk ingredients and heavy supplies. It offers four levels of storage and measures 42 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 64 inches high overall. To expedite assembly, it includes eight traverses, molded-in dovetails, and two preassembled post kits.
