The Cambro CPU245464V4480 Camshelving® Premium shelving unit has four levels of vented shelves, promoting airflow to reduce dust and moisture buildup while keeping storage temperatures consistent. Durable, rust resistant, and easy to clean, the shelf plates are constructed of polypropylene—a plastic that withstands temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit. To support a variety of applications without damage, this material resists moisture, chemicals, salty air, and acidic foods. With this high level of strength, the unit can be installed in walk-in refrigerators and freezers, dry pantries, and humid dishrooms. The shelf plates are removable, easy to wipe clean, and dishwasher safe. Between these cleanings, Camguard® antimicrobial protection inhibits bacterial growth to prevent product degradation, odors, and stains.

A high-quality alternative to Basics Plus and Elements series models, the Cambro CPU245464V4480 starter shelving unit is great for frequent product rotation and heavy products in high-volume operations. Every part needed for installation is included, including factory-assembled post kits, eight traverses, and molded-in dovetail joints. Unlike Basics Plus and Elements dovetails, these joints are already molded into the unit and don't require installation. Fully assembled, this shelf measures 54 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 64 inches high and can hold as much as 2,000 pounds.
