Because they don't have gaps, these shelf plates are great for leak-prone items and linen storage. These polypropylene shelves can be wiped clean and sanitized in the dishwasher. Because of their built-in Camguard® antimicrobial protection, these shelves are protected from product degradation, stains, and odors from mold, fungi, and bacteria. For safe setup in walk-in coolers or freezers, pantries, and humid dishrooms, this unit can be stored in temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and it resists damage from salt air, acidic foods, chemicals, and moisture.
