The Cambro CPU213684S4PKG restaurant shelving kit's steel cores in its traverses and posts strengthen it and increase its service life. It includes solid shelving plates protected by an antimicrobial agent that combats mold and bacterial buildup. With a temperature tolerance of -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, this shelving unit can be used for walk-in freezer storage or rinsed clean with hot water.
