The Cambro CPU213084S4PKG restaurant shelving kit can hold 800 pounds on each shelf, providing kitchen storage for a wide range of needs, from food containers to unused equipment. It handles temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, so the shelf functions equally well in cold storage and hot-water rinses. To increase the unit's durability, it has steel cores in its posts and traverses.
