Cambro CPU215484S4PKG Description
Designed to accommodate irregularly shaped and small products, the Cambro CPU215484S4PKG Camshelving® Premium shelving unit has four levels of solid shelves. They lack vented shelves' gaps, so they're well-suited for potentially leaky products and linens. Because the shelf plates are made of smooth polypropylene, they can be wiped clean or washed in a commercial dishmachine. To keep the shelves free of mold and bacterial growth between cleanings, Camguard® antimicrobial agent is embedded in the plates. Safe in temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit, this shelving unit can be installed in cold walk-ins, humid dishrooms, and dry pantries.
Overall, the Cambro CPU215484S4PKG solid starter shelving unit measures 54 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 84 inches high. Its four shelves each hold 800 pounds, but at full capacity, the unit can accommodate only 2,000 pounds. Part of the Camshelving Premium series, the shelf is stronger than Elements and Basics Plus models, providing the durability required for storing daily deliveries and heavy products. This series is also easier to assemble than the other Cambro options since its dovetails are molded into the unassembled posts. Along with the traverses, these posts are made of heavy-duty steel and have a rust-resistant polypropylene coating.
