With four levels of solid shelving, the Cambro CPU214884S4PKG Camshelving® Premium shelving unit holds as much as 2,000 pounds. Unlike louvered shelves, these solid levels keep small and irregularly shaped products secure. This shelving style also works well with leak-prone items and linens that need to stay unwrinkled. Because the shelf plates are made of polypropylene, they're resistant to damage from chemicals and moisture. They contain an antimicrobial agent that inhibits fungal, mold, and bacteria growth, preventing product degradation, stains, and odors. Easy to clean, these shelf plates can be wiped down or removed and sanitized in the dishwasher.
For flexible placement in a variety of storage operations, the Cambro CPU214884S4PKG starter shelving unit is safe at temperatures ranging from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. This versatility accommodates walk-in, pantry, and dishroom storage, and the Premium construction is well-suited for high-volume use with daily deliveries and heavy products. This Cambro series is easier to assemble than Elements and Basics Plus lines because the dovetails are molded into the unassembled posts and don't require on-site installation.
