Camguard® antimicrobial—an agent that inhibits mold and bacterial growth—is molded into the shelf plates to help prevent product degradation, odors, and stains. This unit resists damage from food acids, chemicals, moisture, and humidity. Compatible with walk-in refrigerators or freezers, dry pantries, and humid dishrooms, it's safe in temperatures between -36 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit.
