A five-tier model, the Cambro CPU217284VS5PKG polymer shelving unit measures 72 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 84 inches high. It has a total capacity of 2,000 pounds to support bulk materials and comes in speckled gray to match other models in the Camshelving® Premium series. To streamline setup, this unit comes with two preassembled post kits, molded-in dovetails, and 10 traverses.
Suitable for use in a wide variety of settings, the Cambro CPU217284VS5PKG starter shelving unit withstands temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Each of its five shelves is made of polypropylene; this resilient, simple-to-clean plastic is ideal for commercial use and can be run through a dishmachine for sanitization. Four of the shelves have a louvered structure that promotes airflow to minimize moisture accumulation in humid environments and dust buildup in dry areas; the fifth shelf is solid to secure small items. To inhibit germ growth, the shelves are protected with Camguard® antimicrobial treatment.
