The Cambro CPU187284VS5PKG louvered/solid shelving unit provides a sanitary storage space for supplies, boxed goods, and fresh produce. Because it's safe in temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, it can be implemented in warm kitchens, dishrooms, and freezers. With five tiers of shelving, its 72-inch-wide by 18-inch-deep by 84-inch-high structure accommodates a maximum of 2,000 pounds. If the unit is loaded with more than this amount, it may cause structural damage or bending. A durable series, it's part of the Camshelving® Premium shelving line.
Camguard® antimicrobial protection is built into the Cambro CPU187284VS5PKG polymer shelving unit to ensure sanitary storage between cleanings. With its polypropylene construction, it's durable and resistant to peeling, rusting, and corroding. One shelf plate has a solid surface to hold linens, leaky product, and small items while the other four shelves are louvered to promote air circulation.
