The Cambro CPU213684VS4PKG commercial shelving kit holds as much as 800 pounds per shelf—an excellent weight capacity for many common storage needs in restaurant kitchens. This unit is made to tolerate temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, so it can be used for cold storage and rinsed clean with hot water. For extended service length, the unit has steel cores in its posts and traverses.
