Because it endures temperatures of -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, the Cambro CBU246064V4580 louvered shelving unit can be installed in cold, moist, and warm commercial kitchen environments. Overall, it accommodates 1,800 pounds of boxed and bagged goods, supplies, and produce. Each lower shelf supports as much as 600 pounds, and the top shelf can hold 400 pounds. This 60-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep by 64-inch-tall structure includes four tiers of shelving and leveling feet to provide stability.
The Cambro CBU246064V4580 polymer shelving unit's shelf plates are vented, enabling air to flow through the openings and around stored product. This helps provide uniform product temperatures in a walk-in freezer and reduced dust buildup in a dry pantry. With a strong polypropylene construction, this unit withstands long-term use while resisting rusting, corroding, and peeling. It comes with the necessary components for installation: four composite posts, eight traverses, and four bags of eight dovetails.
