Cambro CBU213064V4580 Description
Meant to fit most walk-in coolers and freezers, pantries, and dishrooms, this Cambro CBU213064V4580 Camshelving® Basics Plus starter shelving unit measures 30 inches wide by 21 inches deep by 64 inches high. The necessary hardware—traverses, preassembled post connectors and wedges, and bags of dovetails—are included to ease assembly. It's lined with four levels of vented polypropylene shelf plates that accommodate heavy boxed and bagged goods and perishable products. Each shelf can be raised and lowered along the four composite posts as inventory changes to accommodate items of various sizes.
The Cambro CBU213064V4580 starter shelving unit's top shelf can hold 400 pounds, and each lower shelf has a 600-pound capacity, though no more than 1,800 total pounds should be loaded on this unit to prevent structural damage. Air can pass through the louvered shelf surfaces and circulate around product to create uniform airflow, maintain temperatures, and eliminate dust and moisture buildup. To protect stored contents from contamination, the shelves are treated with Camguard® antimicrobial—an agent that slows bacterial growth, hindering formation of stains and odors. Their polypropylene surfaces resist rusting, corroding, peeling, and scratching.
