Each of the Cambro CBU216064V4580 Camshelving® Basics Plus shelving unit's shelf plates has vents that promote air circulation to minimize dust buildup. The shelves are constructed of polypropylene—a rugged material that withstands heavy use and streamlines cleaning. To maintain stability on sloped or uneven flooring, its posts are furnished with leveling feet, and this unit's brushed graphite coloring matches other Camshelving setups and blends in with existing kitchen equipment.
The Cambro CBU216064V4580 starter shelving unit has a total capacity of 1,800 pounds to support heavy equipment and bulk ingredients. It handles temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, enabling placement in a walk-in cooler, warm pantry, or near hot appliances.
