So the Cambro CBU243064V4580 Camshelving® Basics Plus starter shelving unit can be stored in a wide range of environments, it's usable in temperatures from -36 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit. Each shelf plate has a rust- and corrosion-resistant polypropylene construction, enabling use in humid environments, such as dishrooms. For adaptability, the composite posts' leveling feet balance on sloped or irregular surfaces, preventing the unit from rocking when items are loaded and retrieved. Though each lower shelf can hold 600 pounds, and the top shelf can support 400 pounds, this unit isn't built to accommodate more than 1,800 pounds overall.
This Cambro CBU243064V4580 starter shelving unit measures 30 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 64 inches high and features four tiers of vented shelf plates. Because air passes through the plates' gaps freely, these shelves are ideal for storing perishable goods; uniform airflow also can help eliminate moisture and dust. The shelves can be wiped clean and washed in a dishmachine as needed, and Camguard® antimicrobial agent molded into the shelf plates slows bacterial and fungal growth between routine maintenance, protecting product from odors and stains.
