Cambro 57538 Description
Because it measures 6 15⁄16 inches wide by 4 15⁄16 inches deep, the Cambro 57538 Camtray® works well for small portion sizes in cafeterias. It's made of lightweight fiberglass so operators can comfortably handle it. This material is also resistant to damage from impacts and won't retain odors or stain. The tray comes in cottage white, which blends in with other wares and lets product stand out. Safe to clean in a warewasher, the tray streamlines the cleanup process after service. It can be stored in stacks with other trays, using jam-resistant lugs to prevent jamming.
