Lightweight with high-impact durability, the Cambro 57119 Camtray® is made of stain- and odor-resistant fiberglass. Because the material is Sherwood green, it stands out and provides dining areas with a pop of color; this coloring is molded in for long-lasting permanence. Small and rectangular, this 6¹⁵⁄₁₆-inch by 4¹⁵⁄₁₆-inch tray can be used for service in cafeterias, healthcare facilities, food courts, and self-serve operations. After use, it can be washed in a commercial dishmachine and stored in space-saving stacked configurations. The tray's lug-style base keeps stacks secure, encourages even air circulation, and helps prevent jamming.
