Cambro 57123 Description
Because it comes in Amazon blue, the Cambro 57123 rectangular Camtray® elevates the presentation of food by adding a pop of color. This blue is molded into the fiberglass construction permanently to help prevent fading over time. Resistant to breaking, staining, and absorbing odors, the fiberglass supports heavy use. Its material has a lightweight feel and is safe in commercial warewashers. The tray is rectangular with a small profile, so it's ideal for petite portions. In storage applications, the unit is stackable with trays of the same size; built-in lugs reduce the risk of jamming.
