This coloring is molded permanently into the fiberglass—a durable material that resists staining, breaking, and retaining odors. Because this material is lightweight, the tray is comfortable to carry around dining rooms. Designed with a 6¹⁵⁄₁₆-inch width and 4¹⁵⁄₁₆-inch depth, the tray is petite and rectangular, so it works well with small meal portions. After service, this unit can be washed in a dishmachine and stacked with other trays in storage rooms.
