Cambro 57101 Description
Designed to be used in cafeterias, healthcare establishments, and food courts, the Cambro 57101 Camtray® is rectangular and measures 6 15⁄16 inches wide by 4 15⁄16 inches deep. It comes in an antique parchment color that fits into various themes and is made of high-impact fiberglass. This material is resistant to staining and absorbing odors, and it has a lightweight feel so customers can comfortably carry it. To slow fading, the coloring is molded into the fiberglass. After service, the tray can be washed in a commercial dishmachine. Integrated into the base, stacking lugs promote storage with other trays without the risk of jamming.
