Cambro 57199 Description
Great for small portions at cafeterias and healthcare facilities, the Cambro 57199 Camtray® is rectangular and measures 6 15⁄16 inches wide by 4 15⁄16 inches deep. It comes in taupe—a color that doesn't stand out or take away from the presentation of the food. This coloring is permanently molded into the high-impact resistant fiberglass. The material is also resistant to staining and absorbing odors, and it has a lightweight feel for comfortable transport. After service, the tray can be washed in a commercial dishmachine and then stacked in storage areas. Lugs in the tray base help prevent jamming in stacked configurations.
