Cambro 57117 Description
Because it's small with a rectangular profile, the Cambro 57117 Camtray® is ideal for small dishes in cafeteria, healthcare, and food court service. It's made of fiberglass—a strong material that resists discoloring, odors, and breaking if it's dropped. This material has a lightweight feel and comes in a dark peach that adds a pop of color to dining applications. Molded into the material, the coloring is permanent. The tray is safe to clean in a dishwasher and can be stacked with other trays in storage applications. Lugs are built into the tray base, keeping stacks secure while promoting even airflow and preventing jamming.
