Because it's made of durable fiberglass, the Cambro 57510 rectangular Camtray® is resistant to discoloring, absorbing odors, and damaging upon impact. This material has a lightweight feel and comes in bright signal red—a hue that draws attention to the food and is permanently molded into the material.
