This handle is made of textured polypropylene, so it provides a comfortable, slip-resistant grip during use. Ideal for general-purpose prep work, this chef's knife can be used for slicing, dicing, chopping, and more. Its tapered blade and sharp point work well with fine tasks, while the wide blade portion supports chopping and heavy prepping.
