Dexter Russell S145-8G-PCP Description
Designed with an 8-inch blade length and all-purpose shape, the Dexter Russell S145-8G-PCP Sani-Safe® cook's knife can be used for slicing, dicing, mincing, and chopping. While the tapered blade and point perform fine prep tasks, its wide blade section supports heavy chopping. To ensure prepping is ergonomic, the blade has a curved shape and sharp edge that promote a rocking motion during use. Durable for heavy use, the blade is made of corrosion-resistant high-carbon steel and is sealed to the polypropylene handle. Because the handle is textured, it creates a slip-resistant grip. The green material stands out and can be used in color-coded prepping systems.
