Dexter Russell S145-8C-PCP Description
Great for color-coded prepping applications, the Dexter Russell S145-8C-PCP Sani-Safe® chef's knife has a blue handle. Because it's made of polypropylene with slip-resistant texturing, this handle is comfortable to grip. To promote sanitation and simple cleanup, the handle is sealed to the blade. Made of high-carbon steel, this blade is corrosion resistant and supportive of heavy-duty use. It has an all-purpose shape that can be used for chopping, slicing, dicing, and other prep tasks. The wide blade promotes effective chopping, while the tapered blade point accommodates finer work such as mincing and dicing. This blade encourages ergonomic movement in a rocking motion with its sharp edge and curved profile.
