Hatco S-15 Imperial Booster Water Heater, 16 Gallon, 15 kW, 240v/1ph

Equipped with ³⁄₄-inch water connections, the Hatco S-15 Imperial water heater attaches to a hot water supply and a dishmachine. Water moves into the tank, where it is heated to 180 degrees Fahrenheit before moving into the dishmachine for the final rinse cycle. If a 40-degree boost is needed, this machine can provide 151 gallons per hour of water, and if a 70-degree boost is needed, it can provide 86 gallons. Because the heater works in tandem with the dishwasher, operators should check how many gallons per hour their washer needs and verify that the booster can keep up with it.

The Hatco S-15 water booster heater has a 16-gallon-capacity tank that is lined in Castone® to reduce mineral and corrosion buildup over time. Both the elements and thermostat run through the tank water, ensuring quick heat-up and recovery times. To protect internal components from heat damage, the heater operates only when water is at the right level and shuts off immediately if it gets too low. It also shuts off if the temperature gets over the safe high-temperature limit.
