Overall Rating
Worthless -- No, really. Worthless.
I have an old Hatco display warmer that I love. It's built like a tank and it has more than enough heating capacity to keep my food warm. Great product. I recently started offering delivery through DoorDash and wanted something to hold my bagged, ready-for-pickup orders. I saw this item, which is designed for that very purpose, and because of the Hatco name, I bought it without hesitation. I have never been more disappointed with an equipment purchase in my nearly 2 decades in this business. THE PROs: 1.) The warmer looks pretty 2.) The adjustable feet are very sturdy THE CONS: 1:) It's Ridiculously Flimsy Watch the video as I tap the warmer with my index finger. The unit rocks and wobbles like a pendulum. Not by the feet. The feet sit firmly in place. The actual shelves sway back and forth. In fact, the warmer is so poorly built, it can't support its own weight without the shelves leaning to the side. Forget about it if you put anything on the shelves. How long are those little metal screws going to last before they strip out from all the movement? 2.) It Doesn't Keep Food Hot The shelves do not heat evenly, and none reach the advertised temperature of 200 degrees. But worse... If you stack food on the shelves like Hatco shows in their advertising photo, only the food on the bottom of the stack that's in direct contact with the shelf will receive any heat at all. The rest will fare no better than if you left it on a table. I thought since the warmer was purpose-made for storing orders to-go (as the photos show), that the shelves would be designed to produce some sort of radiant heat to keep *everything* hot. But nope. Only whatever is in direct contact with the base of the shelf will get hot. Nothing else. TL;DR This warmer is - by its very design -- unable to fulfill its intended purpose. It is a glorified stainless steel shelf. But even as a basic shelf, it is laughably flimsy.

I would not buy this product again
The product is made well with the exception that the slots are not deep enough or long enough for anything much over the size of standard sized bread slices.

Good for the money, not high quality
Good functional toaster. Only down spot is that both handles broke off within 3 weeks of purchase. Otherwise, great product, even toasting.

Although the website indicates "dual" it does not specify this unit needs TWO electrical feeds. Katom refuses to take any responsibility for the lack of clarity in the description on the website.
