Hatco S-13 Description
Designed to provide hot water for the final rinse cycle, the Hatco S-13 Imperial water heater can be attached to a high- or low-temperature dishwasher. Its thermostat is adjustable, so it can provide water heated to either 140 or 180 degrees Fahrenheit. For fast recovery, the elements and thermostat probe are immersed in the water and respond quickly to changes in temperature. Safety features include a low-water cut-off, which prevents element burnout, and a high-temperature limit, which prevents internal heat damage.
Built for daily use, this Hatco S-13 water booster heater has a powder-coated hammertone exterior and a Castone®-lined tank—both of which are corrosion resistant. The tank's concrete-like liner also prevents limescale from collecting on the sides, extending the life of the unit. If the booster needs servicing, its components are conveniently accessible behind the front cover.
