Hatco S-13 Description
Holding as much as 16 gallons at once, the Hatco S-13 Imperial water heater provides warewashers the hot water they need to sanitize dishes, heating the water to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. If the temperature level gets too high, the unit shuts off automatically, protecting the internal components from irreversible damage. For durability, the unit's elements are sheathed in metal and feature a low-water cut-off to prevent burnout.
Designed with a hammertone finish and stainless steel front, this Hatco S-13 water booster heater is resistant to corrosion, while its Castone®-lined tank resists scale and corrosion buildup to keep the unit running smoothly. While operating, pressure and temperature are regulated by a relief valve and pressure reduction valve, ensuring they stay within safe levels. Operators can check the current conditions with the two gauges, and in case the unit needs servicing, its components can be accessed from the front.
