Hatco S-12 Description
Supervised with a calibrated immersion thermostat, two temperature gauges, and a pilot indicator light, the Hatco S-12 imperial booster water heater heats water to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. This is the required temperature for sanitizing dishes, air-drying them for instant use. The silver powder-coated, hammertone-finished body prevents dents and dings, and the front panel is made of durable stainless steel. For low-temperature dish machines, this unit can be adjusted to 140 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Hatco S-12 imperial booster water heater includes fiberglass insulation and a built-in heat trap to prevent heat from seeping out. With a temperature-relief valve, a pressure-reducing valve, and a simple on/off switch, this unit is user friendly. For safety purposes, it includes a high-temperature limit switch and turns off when the water level is too low, preventing element burnout.
