Hatco C-24 Description
Featuring a 6-gallon capacity, the Hatco C-24 compact booster water heater holds water at 180 degrees Fahrenheit, the temperature required to eliminate bacteria growth. This unit has a powder-coated hammertone finish and a stainless steel swing-away panel that grants access to control fuses, probes, and elements for servicing. To reduce heat loss, this booster is insulated with fiberglass, and the tank is lined with Castone® to prevent the buildup of corrosion and limestone.
The Hatco C-24 compact booster water heater keeps its elements from burning out with a low-water cut-off. Other features include a high-temperature limit control, a pilot indicator light, a pressure-reducing valve, two temperature and pressure gauges, and an on/off switch. Temperatures in this unit can be monitored using the calibrated immersion thermostat. This booster can be mounted with slide brackets or placed on the floor on 6-inch legs.
