Works great! Ordered a new high flow face for sprayer and does a fabulous job cleaning equipment and washing meat lugs. The T&S brand never disappoints.

T&S sprayer fine, KaTom service poor

The product is fine, 5 stars. KaTom's service, ZERO. KaTom's multi-shipment, multi-error ridden emails and multi-backorder processes require a very serious review. Among other things, ordered 12 dozen forks 11/9/18 for Thanksgiving. Received 6 dozen 12/4/18. Still waiting on 6 dozen. Hopefully before Christmas..... Still waiting on other items from the same order as well as replacements for the items received broken. Probably won't use KaTom again. Too frustrating.

On time and installed like a dream

This was a replacement for another very old T & S Pre-rinse faucet. Same high quality. It gets used mostly after bean suppers. Was very impressed with fast delivery. I am looking for more things to buy from KaTom. I know that I can't go wrong.

Easy experience to purchase a superior product.

Our church needed to replace a 40 year old pre-rinse faucet. It was easy to find an identical faucet. Then the price was right and the process easy. It arrived when promised and in good condition. We installed it and it worked great. What more could you ask for. I'll be back in 40 years for another one.

Laundry Room Remix

Sadly, this faucet has not been installed yet (the ONLY reason I didn't give it 5 stars), as my laundry room remodel is taking much longer than was predicted, but I can tell you this: this faucet is beautiful! It's heavy and looks/feels well made. I wanted a commercial feel for my service area but didn't find anything with true function when I looked at pre-rinse faucets that are so popular today. In addition to the usual uses for a laundry room sink, I plan to use it to wash my two dogs and need a hose that can get under their bellies! The actual spigot (faucet spout) itself is long enough to get any other job done. I didn't see where the finish was mentioned in the description when I ordered it, but I really didn't care if it was satin or chrome. It is chrome, in case that matters to you. I really expect to love using this faucet. Will update if not!

Purchased this to replace a mop sink station centerset (Chicago brand) that had eroded valve stem seats. This faucet has replaceable seats (Chicago's were integral to the faudcet body), drop-in cartridges for the valve stems (Chicago does not) and integral stops (the Chicago did not). Integral stops allow us to replace the valve stems without shutting off water to the whole restroom. I also like the design of the T&S vacuum breaker over Chicago's. Fewer parts and lasts longer.

Great faucet for household use

This faucet is normally used in restaurants but it also works great in my utility room for washing the dog and heavy duty cleaning tasks. The wand is long enough to reach my washing machine when needed and it also is very easy now to fill up heavy buckets, carpet cleaners and the like without having to lift them up to the sink. Nice product. My plumber said it is a quality faucet and easy to get parts for.
