"Purchased this to replace a mop sink station centerset (Chicago brand) that had eroded valve stem seats. This faucet has replaceable seats (Chicago's were integral to the faudcet body), drop-in cartridges for the valve stems (Chicago does not) and integral stops (the Chicago did not). Integral stops allow us to replace the valve stems without shutting off water to the whole restroom. I also like the design of the T&S vacuum breaker over Chicago's. Fewer parts and lasts longer."
