I used it on a glass top stove it does not sit flat and actually spins when I try to move just a piece of toast around. I will have to file the bottom of the griddle flat so it will sit flat on the cooking surface...

Love these Lodge mini servers!
I bought these adorable servers specifically for making shakshuka -- my favorite breakfast -- but I'll be using them for so much more, like little fritatas, and pan bread. They're the perfect size for an individual serving, go from oven or stove-top to table, and look really great.

Great for gas stoves
I use this product exclusively to set a stock pot in for long duration cooking and preps for canning. By setting a stock pot in or reversed on the bottom, the heat from a gas flame is more evenly distributed for slow cooking sauces.
Awesome Lodge Advertising Skillet

This makes a good soup bowl.
I bought this to replace a small pot that I have been using to cook for myself. I have a small pot that holds a little less than a quart and I cook in it and then use to eat from. These one quart iron pots work very well for the same purpose. They make very good soup bowls also. Warm them little before you serve and the soup stays warm longer.

Great purchase!
I purchased the 12" version a few years ago and decided I wanted a smaller pan. It's great for empty nesters and singles. You can start a meal on the stovetop and finish cooking in the oven. I purchased the glass lid, too, and it's great for braising.

I would not buy it again.
The finish was very poorly done. Many burs on the edge of the pot. Some area of the seasoning was off. But I love the size and shape! Very disappointed.

I would not buy it again
Inside of the underlined was badly scraped and had lots of burs. Because of the bad scratches, 1/3 of the stain was gone and showing the bear wood. The cast iron part was not horrible but came with some pokey surface. Wish they check more when they finish making the product.

I would not buy this product again.
I've ordered two of them and both of them were in really poor condition. Surface was badly scraped and left lots of burs. Outside had lots small burs sticking out also. Quality was poor.

It is the perfect size for one or two. I liked t the one I bought so well that I bought another. Perfect for smaller portions of meatloaf and scalloped potatoes.

This is a great size frying pan for a small family of four. It is sturdy and somewhat heavy, does not take a lot of oil since it is a wok, it has short handles so no fear of big handle that can be hit and flippled. I was looking for these specs and finally found this pan! Very happy with it.

Excellent product, love it. It's now my to-go pan. Pre-seasoning by manufacturer was well done; I used it right out of the box (after washing and rinsing it of course. Lodge brand has not disappointed me.

This is a good product though we found the surface a bit rougher than the larger Lodge woks we own. Perhaps in time they will wear smooth.
