Review this product!
It looked and felt like a quality pan .
It started out nice and flat, that should work just fine on my glass stovetop, I thought. Then as is slowly heated it up on med-low temperature my new flat pan wasn't flat any longer. Well wasn't I surprised another paella pan that wont stay flat. I let it cool down and it became flat again. This pan will be used on the grill.
This is a great carbon steel skillet.
Light enough for a glass-top stove, and heavy enough for a camp-fire and large enough to feed an army.
Love it!
This is a solid no nonsense skillet for fairly large groups. It strikes a balance between heft and durability. I've been using it on a turkey frier with high heat and there hasn't been the slightest touch of warping. On our last campout I fried 5 lbs of bacon at once. I highly recommend this skillet.
