Evenly heating and retaining that heat for long periods, its cast iron construction is durable. This material is seasoned at the factory and ready to use immediately; it can be used on range and induction cooktops, in ovens, or over campfires. For comfortable lifting and carrying, handles are built into each side of the skillet.

ABSOLUTELY HAPPY WITH PURCHASE
Just received pan this morning. Quicker delivery than expected!!!!. Tried it out immediately and VERY HAPPY. Made omelet and it was just like cooking was years ago when my Mom made it. Haven't had a cast iron pan for forever and so glad I do now! First one of more to come I think!
