Looking to buy a second one.

I have been using this for 2 years for catering and it has not failed me once. I love the fact that it heats up fast and cleans up even faster. I am currently using this in my food trailer, just wish there was a larger one.

Failed in less than a year of occasional home use

I used this a few times to heat pots of chili and warm sauces. Now I turn the dial, the light comes on, no heat.

It quit after 7 weeks of use!

I must retract my previous review. After 7 weeks, it has completely stopped heating suddenly. I had already ordered a replacement from another company luckily! This was showing signs of falling apart quickly. The coating on the top was cracking and breaking off into the food! I would not recommend anyone buy this. Sadly, a total waste of money.

Love it!

So far, so good, using it all day in our small restaurant. It heats up fast, its easy to clean & its not scratched up yet. The only thing I'd change, is I'd like a bigger drip tray and the sides let little pieces of food slip between the backsplash part and the grill surface.

Sold first oven with the sale of our past home.......arg........could not wait to replace it ASAP!! Got it two days ago and have not stopped using it for everything. We're remodeling our new home and this perfect size oven will get us thru the 2 month ordeal with ease.

This cadco burner is garbage

I bought this Cadco burner about 2.5 years ago. We were impressed how can adjust any temperature level. After 1 year about another one and my sister also for herself. After that my sister bought 2 of them. About 1 .5 years didn't heat enough and soon stopped to work . When I looked inside I was surprised to see how is this "professional" device made so poor from cheapest material. I give up trying to repair that garbage. Soon another one shows same symptoms and stopped to work, I found out the reason for so good temperature adjusting is ROBERTSHAW INFINITE REGULATOR which Cadco used in this model, Without that regulator, this Cadco's garbage doesn't worth $20.

Still no working.

I bought the oven on 02/26/2019. The shipping arrived late. I kept asking and nobody could help me. The oven came damaged.I call and send an email every day since the oven arrived, still no answers. They shouldn't call themselves customer service, they don't help at all. Very, very disappointed. I am starting a small bakery and after two months of buying this, still, don't have a functional oven.

I love this heat plate for my convection oven

I loved my first heat plate so much that I ordered a second for an older model cadco convection oven...infortunately this heat plate is made for the newer oven and it is about 1/4 " too wide for the old oven. I am hoping it can be cut.

I would absolutely buy this product again

I used this hotplate as the primary cooking element for making candy while my own "candy kitchen" was being renovated. It did as well as, if not better, than the old stove top unit in my kitchen!

Wish I had bought this Grill sooner!

This griddle is just right for the Big Morning Breakfast we have to prepare for our Family of 8. I can't wait for this coming Christmas when all the Family will be staying and we can really do some serious cooking. This griddle has lots of room for pancakes, eggs, hash-browns, and lots of sausage. The splash shield is removed easily for access all around the griddle if needed and for cleaning. The temperature on the grill is evenly spread over the entire grill, no cold spots or under cooked food in the corners. The Thermostat control and temperature indicator light seem very accurate and simple to use. Clean up has been very easy. Finding a storage spot for the grill has some challenges, we have had to store it on a garage shelf as none of our kitchen cabinets are wide enough. Great product if you need a large cooking area for lots of food Quick!

Do not buy from Katom. Customer service unacceptable !

This pannini grill is not performing as described and I try to return after 2 weeks of use ! They told me I can't ! Do not spend your money on this item and please do not buy from this seller !

Great hot plate

We are a tea bar and we bought it since we don't have a kitchen stove to make simple syrup with. Works great!

c-10 Commercial griddle

I like the griddle. It sits on top of my glass top oven .Plug into outlet just behind at wall. I can cook a whole bag of home fries eggs, sausage, plenty of room on griddle I also like the high sides to keep food from slipping of grill. Its just great, I love it.

What a great piece of equipment

I bought this for cheese making. It does a good job at getting to a desired temp and maintaining that temp for long periods of time. I have been using this as a Sous Vide water Oven as well. So far so Great!
