Cadco XAF-193 Description
The Cadco XAF-193 countertop convection oven features manual controls for time, temperature, and humidity. Its double-wall, insulated glass door remains cool to the touch to prevent injury and is illuminated with an LED light to improve visibility. It has a temperature range of 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and this unit uses an advanced airflow design to promote even baking. It includes an electro valve for direct water connection.
Constructed of stainless steel, the Cadco XAF-193 convection oven is durable, rust resistant, and easy to clean. A full-size, countertop unit, it's equipped with four shelves that each accommodate a full-size sheet pan. Overall, it measures 31 1⁄2 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 23 inches high. This unit's timer beeps at the end of the cooking cycle to alert operators and prevent burning.

Still no working.
I bought the oven on 02/26/2019. The shipping arrived late. I kept asking and nobody could help me. The oven came damaged.I call and send an email every day since the oven arrived, still no answers. They shouldn't call themselves customer service, they don't help at all. Very, very disappointed. I am starting a small bakery and after two months of buying this, still, don't have a functional oven.
