Cadco XAF-193 Description
Designed to accommodate four full-size sheet pans, the Cadco XAF-193 convection oven uses two fans to promote even heat circulation throughout the cooking chamber. Manual controls enable adjustment of time, temperature, and humidity settings, while the temperature range spans from 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. A 60-minute timer with a continuous-on setting provides flexibility for a variety of baking applications, and an electro valve supports direct water connection for humidity-controlled cooking.
Built of heavy-duty stainless steel with a black front panel, the Cadco XAF-193 convection oven features a cool-touch, double-wall glass door that improves visibility while helping retain heat. High-temperature motor bearings and heavy-duty door and hinge construction support long-term durability in demanding environments. An LED door light illuminates the cooking chamber, and high R-value insulation wrapped around the cavity helps maintain operating temperatures. The audible timer alerts notify operators when cooking cycles are complete.

Still no working.
I bought the oven on 02/26/2019. The shipping arrived late. I kept asking and nobody could help me. The oven came damaged.I call and send an email every day since the oven arrived, still no answers. They shouldn't call themselves customer service, they don't help at all. Very, very disappointed. I am starting a small bakery and after two months of buying this, still, don't have a functional oven.
