Equipex FC-100 Description
The Equipex FC-100 full-size countertop convection oven is a single-deck unit that can reach cooking temperatures as high as 570 degrees Fahrenheit, enabling flexible use. Its rear-mounted fan provides dual speed options and has a reversing turbine that ensures uniform air circulation. To protect users from burns and provide a clear view of cooking food, the unit's glass door is double paned, and it can be detached to streamline cleaning. For enhanced visibility, lighting is also built into the oven's interior.
The Equipex FC-100 convection oven can accommodate four full-size baking sheets for high-volume output and has a compact size that can be installed atop counters and equipment stands. Its steam function is manually operated, and it has a built-in timer that can be set as high as 120 minutes. When this timer reaches the end of its cycle, it audibly alerts the user. Inside the oven are four wire racks plated with chrome to resist rust and scratches.
