Equipex FC-100 Description
Outfitted with a steam control function, the Equipex FC-100 Sodir-Roller Grill convection oven supports high-moisture cooking for baked and roasted foods. Measuring 32 1⁄2 inches wide by 30 inches deep by 26 1⁄2 inches high, it features a rear-mounted, two-speed fan and 120-minute timer for precise results. The thermostatic control system reaches 570 degrees Fahrenheit. Its double glass cool-touch door provides a safe barrier during operation, and interior lighting increases visibility inside the cabinet. This countertop unit is made of stainless steel and includes four wire shelves to fit four full-size sheet pans.
