The Cadco BLC-183 Bakerlux™ Classic countertop convection oven integrates valve-controlled humidity that modifies internal conditions to accommodate everything from crisp pastries to moisture-sensitive baked goods. Made of durable stainless steel, its full-size frame resists corrosion and measures 31 1⁄2 inches wide by 32 1⁄5 inches deep by 21 1⁄2 inches high. Manual controls fine-tune temperatures between 175 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, while a 60-minute timer and stay-on function facilitate monitored or continuous operation.
