Cadco CAP-H Description
The Cadco CAP-H CrisPlate™ heat plate speeds up cooking in half-size convection ovens because it is made of aluminized steel, which stores heat and heats both the bottom and the top of product simultaneously. Steel resists cooling when the oven door is opened and can bake items faster than most traditional pans. A coating prevents food from sticking to the surface of the plate.

I love this heat plate for my convection oven
"I loved my first heat plate so much that I ordered a second for an older model cadco convection oven...infortunately this heat plate is made for the newer oven and it is about 1/4 " too wide for the old oven. I am hoping it can be cut."
