Cadco CPG-10 Description
The Cadco CPG-10 commercial panini grill is equipped with high-tech, glass plates to evenly heat sandwiches. The plates are smooth on the bottom and ribbed on the top to give paninis and other food grill marks. It heats up fast, and the thermostat reaches 700 degrees Fahrenheit. With its safety touch design, the exterior remains at a much lower temperature than the cooking surface, and cool touch handles enable the user to open and close the grill without getting burned.
The cover stays aligned with the cooking surface to accept product as thick as 2 3⁄4 inches. Its electrical connections are compacted within a metal tube, enabling the unit to be placed against walls and other surfaces. Non-skid feet keep the Cadco CPG-10 panini press stationary. The stainless steel design makes clean up simple, and a scraper is included for cleaning the smooth plates.
