Cadco OV-013 Description
The Cadco OV-013 countertop convection oven is constructed of stainless steel—a durable, rust-resistant metal that's simple to clean. It features a double-wall, insulated glass door that remains cool to the touch to prevent injury, and its high-temperature ball-bearing motor ensures lasting performance. To adjust the unit's temperature and time settings, operators can use the manual controls. It's also equipped with an end-of-cycle buzzer to alert users cooking is complete.
For countertop placement, the Cadco OV-013 electric convection oven measures 23 5⁄8 inches wide by 23 3⁄4 inches deep by 15 3⁄4 inches high. It accommodates three half-size sheet pans and has a temperature range of 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. To promote fast, even baking, it features an advanced airflow design with a heavy-duty squirrel cage.
