Weighing 58 pounds and fitting in a small footprint, the Cadco OV-013SS countertop convection oven is ideal for use in catering businesses. Unlike traditional glass versions, its sturdy stainless steel door will not break during transit. With its heavy-duty squirrel cage fan, airflow is improved and food cooks quickly.
Durable enough to withstand frequent and intensive use, the Cadco OV-013SS oven features a high-temperature, ball-bearing motor. Its manual controls are reliable and user friendly, and because this unit is constructed of rust-resistant stainless steel, it is long lasting and can be cleaned with little effort.
